2008 BMW 335xi all wheel drive sedan. One owner (me) with 40K miles. Equipped with premium package, cold package, ipod adapter and steptronic auto transmission. The car has basically everything except Nav/iDrive, adaptive cruise, and satellite radio. A scan of the original window sticker shows the options included. The car also includes BMW all weather mats front and rear and a trunk liner. Dealer maintained at BMW Peabody and Herb Chambers BMW. The car is in great condition and has about 9 months left on the BMW warranty (January 2012). There is one cosmetic flaw shown in the pictures - a scratch on the driver side rear bumper corner where someone rubbed me in a parking lot. I have had it quoted for repair at about $500. I have full documentation for the car and a clear title. EXTRAS INCLUDED: A new set of Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires (non-runflat), a spare wheel (to use as a spare) and a jack kit (worth about $750) Please contact me with any questions before bidding. The eBay automatic History feature is reporting an accident on 5-1-10...THIS CAR HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. The incident being reported is a new windshield I had my insurance pay for which was installed by JN Phillips auto glass (referred from Herb Chambers BMW). All OEM parts were used. The factory windshield was chipped from regular use. Check the CARFAX report. Thanks and sorry for any confusion. On Apr-07-11 at 17:05:22 PDT, seller added the following information: 4-7-11: I wanted to provide an update on two things that came to my attention today. I received from BMW an emissions recall notice on the N54 high pressure fuel pump. The recall is for inspection and replacement if needed and will extend the emissions warranty on the car. My car has not had any of the symptoms of the pump issue. The campaign number is 10E-A02 and covers most 2007 to 2010 335 cars...Just came in the mail today. BMW will pay for the repair, if needed, completely. The car has been in my storage unit on dollies and a friend who also uses the storage unit told me that he put a small barely noticeable dent in the driver side fender behind the wheel well with his butt while moving the car. Don't ask why he was pushing the car with his butt. He pushed it in near the body accent line and then pushed it back out from behind. In person, it is barely noticeable and can probably be completely fixed with paintless dent removal. I have posted 2 pictures showing the dent.I can do one of two things: if you have already bid, I am willing to allow you to cancel your bid. Or, if you have bid or are going to bid, I will give you a $500 credit when the auction is completed so that your final price is $500 less than the winning bid. I will contact all bidders directly with this information as well. I apologize that this information has been added after the auction started...believe me when I tell you I was pissed at my friend.
