1986 Mercedes Benz 300e, This car is in decent condition but does need some tlc and work, I will start with the bad, It has an electrical gremlin, The car has a 12.4 volt draw that kills the battery, I have been told it might be the wiring for the factory alarm/theft system I have not chased the issue, The car needs to be jumped every time you start it, once jumped it runs fine, I will replace the alternator this weekend and see if that solves the problem and possibly the battery also. Car has been my daughters daily driver for two years but since this problem has come up we cannot rely on it, She is away at school and I am not a mechanic so it needs to go. Runs well once started as with any vintage car it will need some help, sunroof does not open, interior is ok, body has no Major dents or dings, There is one spot on the drivers side rear where someone bumped into it in a parking lot that needs to be repaired. 6cyl, Auto trans, ac, has been retro fitted but does not work, might be in need of recharge, no shakes, car goes down the road fine.
