Hello,You are looking at a No Reserve, 1987 Mercedes 300SDL Turbo Diesel, Pearl Black, with 236,427 miles, that is in wonderful, original, well maintained condition.The paint is in very good condition with a wonderful shine (the hood and roof does have some hazing in the clear coat. Also some small scratches and maybe a couple of dings.) over all, very nice and original,especially for the age. The interior is in wonderful, clean condition, with no rips or tears in the leather,carpet or headliner and dash, the wood is in very good condition with a couple of cracks. The only thing that does not work on the car is the sunroof, it does pop up and down but it will not slide open. Everything else operates as new. Mechanically the car is Perfect, no vibrations. starts, stops, and shifts perfect. Cold air and hot heat. Tires and wheels are in very good condition and drives very smooth at 100mph. All of the chrome,trim are in wonderful condition (except the front chrome lip on the front bumper, (see photo). It also has the orginal books, spare tire,tools and emergency kit. This Mercedes is very well maintained and surprisingly fast, and quite for a diesel. It was serviced by one Mercedes mechanic most of its life. He told me that the original engine was replaced by Mercedes while the car was under factory warrenty,(I am not sure when or the miles at the time). I purchased the car from the same Mercedes mechanic about 9 months ago (He has owned this car 2 or 3 different times over the years, he would purchase it and resell to his different customers. Most resent service was a transmission and oil change and filters. This is one of the best , original well maintained Diesels around. It also has a built in radar detector and a newer stereo with a CD changer.
