Vehicle Detail
Orignial 1955 Cadillac Series 60 Fleetwood. This car only has 35000 original miles and came from the factory with every available options offered by Cadillac in 1955. This car lost the rear driveshaft u-joint in 1967 and has been parked ever since. Still has the original 1967 Texas license plates on the car. It was parked in 1967 and someone stole the radiator back in the early seventies. It still has all the original hupcaps and fender skirts. Has the very rare original rear window vent tubes in great shape. The motor will turn over but I have not tried to fire it. This would make the perfect start for a restoration. Everything on the car is there except for the radiator and one chrome donut where the exhaust exits through the rear bumper. This car had it all. Power windows, power seat, A/C, auto dimming headlights. Like I said, everything but the kitchen sink. This car is offered with a bill of sale only. The car was bought from a neighbor of the original owner who passed away in the early seventies. The previous owner was not able to get the title from the original owner before he passed. I will give a notorized bill of sale to make it easy to obtain a title through International title service the Las Vegas, Nevada. They can be reached @ its-titles.com. They can be contacted to verify what I am saying. The cost involved with ubtaining a title is roughly $300.00. Please no tire kickers. If you bid on the car be prepared on paying for it or DO NOT BID. Not interested in trades. No I know why Elvis drove one of these cars. Top of the line.On Apr-06-11 at 20:40:02 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been informed by some really nice emails and a couple of really rude ones that I was mistaken on the model of car this is. I am no expert on Cadillacs and was only going off the information I was given. This is NOT a series 60 Fleetwood. In fact it is a series 62 Standard sedan. I apologize for being mis-informed. I cannot change the title listing so hopefully this will clear up any confusion. Of course a true Cadillac enthusiast will have already known this and not been affected.
