akajoeking Store 1993 Ford Thunderbird. Hot Bird Hi PERF 1 owner V8 5.0, All MODs are smog passable/legal. Milled metal shimmed heads, larger mass air, throttle body, 28 lb. injectors, air box isolater+modified bypass tub, MSD multi-spark ignition, adjustable fuel regulator, 90 GPH fuel pump, pulleys where changer to faster ratio except for the alt. (have orig pulleys) 3in Flowmaster exhaust, hi-flow cat oversized tub, Griffin aluminum radiator, flex fan and auxiliary electric radiator fan, high stall speed converter,reworked valve body, 355 rear end, lowered springs, fiberglass hood with mach1 scoop, 17 in rims. derringer alarm, This Bird came to me to sell from the original owner. It is currently in Non-Op. I have clear title from owner. Original owners kit from when the car was bought new. There is a few NEW parts with the car not installed; Edelbrock water pump, Power steering pump, brake pads...also most of the stock parts that were changed out.; injectors and so on ...See pics & additional pics; http://s700.photobucket.com/albums/ww2/VWpartsRus/93%20Hot%20Bird/ Owner stopped driving the car due to the rising price of gas about 4-5 years ago but says was started regularly and drove a very occasionally. Bird gets about 9-10 MPG. He says the only negative thing is that having the heads done although it gave him higher compression it was hard to get the timing right and the car runs hot, may be a computer fix? and it can overheat when running the AC which does blow cold. Ive driven the car around the neighborhood and hit the gas and it is fast! Runs good. Nice sound from the exhaust. Although the tires have a lot of tread they will need to be replaced before any serious driving. The power steering pump makes some noise, but there is a new one in the trunk. The High dollar sound system was removed but all the wiring is in place. There is 1 crack in the dash, the contol panel for the driver seat is broken off but fully functions, bad clear coat.
