We have for sale another beautiful unit. This is a 2001 MERCEDES E430W ALL WHEEL DRIVE with the V8 engine. It is in mint condition, excellently maintained and a gas saver with an average of 20mpg as you can see in the pictures. It has all wheel drive with ESP electronic stability program and ABS for traction control which will give you a safe and stable driving experience. It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury top of the line vehicle. It has been serviced on time at the local dealership here in Las Vegas. We would rate the condition as excellent cosmetically and mechanically. The front tires are 70% the rear tires are at about 90%. Mechanically it is solid. It drives like new, no squeeks or rattles. Driving this Mercedes is a real pleasure. We are sure the future owner will be very happy. It is great on gas and gives you unbelievable power when you need it. The one small flaw is show in the last picture. A scratch and rub on the rear passengers door, very minor, unnoticeable. This is the reason for the auction unibody announcement on the vehicle history. Vehicle recently inspected by third party and found to be mechanically sound. In such event the Purchaser shall not be entitled to recover from Seller any damages of any nature, including consequential or incidental damages, losses of use, time, profits, income or of any other nature. 3. If the used motor vehicle which has been traded in as part of the consideration for the motor vehicle order hereunder is not to be delivered to Seller until delivery to Purchaser of such motor vehicle, Seller may reappraise the used motor vehicle at that time and such reappraised value shall determine the allowance made for such used motor vehicle. If such reappraised value is lower than the original allowance therefore shown on the front of this Order, Purchaser may, if dissatisfied therewith, cancel this Order if such right to cancel is exercised prior to the delivery of the motor vehicle ordered hereunder to the Purchaser and surrender of the used motor vehicle to Seller. 4. Purchaser agrees to deliver to Seller the original certificate of title to any used motor vehicle traded in as a part of the consideration for the motor vehicle ordered hereunder, or other evidence of title satisfactory to Seller, at the time of delivery of such used motor vehicle to Seller. Purchaser warrants any such used motor vehicle to be Purchaser’s property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except as otherwise noted herein. 5. Purchaser represent to Seller that the title certificate to the trade- in vehicle is not a “salvage title certificate” issued by any authority and that the trade-in vehicle has not been reconstructed or repaired by reason of collision or other damage. If the title certificate reflects any of the above conditions, the vehicle shall then be reappraised, and Purchaser agrees to pay the difference in value, if any, to Seller on demand, or Seller may cancel the entire transaction without liability of any nature to Purchaser. Purchaser agrees that the amount due on delivery may be adjusted, and that Purchaser shall pay to Seller on demand any additional monies due, if the balance owing to payoff a lien or encumbrance is different than the amount shown on the front of this agreement. 6. The price of the motor vehicle specified on the face of this Order includes reimbursement for Federal Excise taxes, but does not include any Federal, State or local sales or use taxes unless expressly so state. Purchaser assumes and agrees to pay any such sales or use taxes imposed on or applicable to the transaction covered by this Order regardless of which party may have the primary tax liability therefore. 7. General Information and Terms of Sale This sale is made with the following stipulations: 1. Las Vegas Luxury Motor Co. is a licensed and bonded automotive dealership based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Buying through a licensed dealer gives you as a consumer certain rights, and ensures your protection from title fraud and other problems encountered in private party automotive transactions. In addition, you may also qualify for lower interest rates by purchasing through a dealership. We reserve the right to sell this vehicle locally prior to the end of any advertisement or listing. 2. Vehicles are demonstrated and/or test-driven on a daily basis and therefore may have more mileage upon delivery than indicated in original listings. 3. Nevada residents will be responsible for 8.1% sales tax and any applicable licensing and/or title fees. Non-Nevada residents wishing to drive out their new vehicle prior to registering it in their home states will be responsible for a 15-day non-resident temporary permit fee of $15. All taxes and license fees will need to be paid by the buyer when the vehicle is registered in their home state. All state taxes and motor vehicle-related license fees are administered by each state individually, are not included in the price of the vehicle, and are non-negotiable. 4. Although we make every attempt to deliver our vehicles with a full set of keys, key fobs, books, floor mats, manuals, etc., we cannot guarantee that a pre-owned vehicle will have all of these items. Most of them can be ordered at a minimum cost in addition to the price of the vehicle, if you desire to do so. The substantial reduction in price between new and pre- owned vehicles reflects in part the chance that these items might be missing. 6. We will accept the following four forms of payment only: bank wire (preferred), Las Vegas Luxury Motor Co. finance department (preferred), cashier’s check (which will have to be verified during business banking hours), or cash (which must be delivered in person). Personal, E-Loan, or company checks will not be accepted. 7. Although we make every attempt to accurately describe our vehicles, it is not possible to go into enough detail to satisfy some buyers. Our vehicles are all carefully selected, professionally detailed, and reconditioned (if needed) prior to delivery. We are proud of our vehicles; we put our name on the back of each one, and they all represent something we would drive ourselves. This choice of venue is mandatory and not permissive in nature. Any final judgment rendered against a party in any action or proceeding shall be conclusive as to the subject of such final judgment and may be enforced in other jurisdictions in any manner provided by law. Vehicle History Report and Disclosure Dealer has obtained a Vehicle History Report from Autocheck on the Vehicle being purchased by customer. A copy of that report was shown on the ebay listing. These reports are compiled from multiple sources. These reports may show a vehicle’s title, odometer and registration history; the vehicle’s usage history (i.e, fleet, taxis, rentals); any water, fire, or hail damage; whether the vehicle is salvage or a “lemon;” whether the vehicle has been abandoned or stolen; and whether there are outstanding liens. It is not always possible for Autocheck / to obtain complete information on all vehicles; therefore, there may be other title brands, odometer readings or discrepancies that apply to a vehicle that are not reflected on that vehicle’s Vehicle History Report.
