Description 1998 BMW R1200C 1998 BMW R1200C - This is the first year that BMW came out with the cruiser model. This 1200C only has 7246 miles and it shows. It is in excellent condition. It comes with chrome wheels, chrome air intakes, tall chrome handlebars, chrome valve covers, chrome gauges, chrome headlight, chrome exhaust, etc. This is a very good looking BMW. It comes with BMW's legendary 1200cc Boxer motor that makes plenty of power for cruising all day long. The seats on this bike are the BMW upgrade comfort seats and they are nice. The seats alone retail for well over $800. This 1200C is equipped with Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS). The factory paint is in very good condition. There are a couple nicks and scratches but nothing major. The chrome mostly shines like new. There are some spots on the wheels where the chrome is pitted but nothing real major. Overall it is in very good condition and ready to ride! We were the winning bidders. It appeared to not have been ridden in a few years. We cleaned the gas tank and fuel injectors and got it back to excellent running condition. We have put about 50 miles on it without any issues since then. The best thing for this bike would be someone to take a long trip on it and really clean everything out.
