So...have you ever seen a Toyota Stout? Back before Tacomas, 4-Runners, and T-100s, Toyota made another great little truck. Pretty basic, all metal, 2 wheel drive, without a lot of frills and no recalls! For information on the Toyota Stout, please visit Wikipedia. Their page on them is as good as any I have seen and provides a pretty thorough history. This is a ONE OWNER rust free California truck on a little old pink California title. It is absolutely rust free and runs like a top. It is has been fitted with a period correct (1967) 225 Buick V6, turbo 350 automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes for driving ease and comfort. We have thcomplete build book and wiring schematic for the truck in a nice, neat binder. Finished in medium soft green metallic with dark green accents and a very nice black brocaded bench seat (70/30 split). It also features what appear to be some “like new” mid-late 1990s Ford Ranger wheels, wrapped in Yokahama Aegis radial tires that are in very good condition. The spare tire underneath has great tread as well. Inside the cabin it is equipped with a starter button, factory fuel gauge, an amp meter, oil pressure gauge, and water temperature gauge (all appear to work fine), a nice Pioneer sound system with surface mounted speakers, a custom steering wheel and a factory heater (works great). The chrome is in very nice shape, and all accessories seem to work well. (wipers, lights, etc) The truck has just been detailed and looks so nice!! This truck was featured in the feature film, “Charlie Wilson’s War, starring Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts, and Phillip Seymour Hoffman and includes copies of the studio rental agreement from April 5th, 2007. A copy of the DVD is also included, along with personally autographed 8x10 photos of both Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts. This little truck is extremely rare, fun to look at and in great shape for its age. There are minor cosmetic blemishes on the paint, mainly around the tailgate and a few inside the bed. All in all, a great piece for any collector or Toyota enthusiast! Original STOUT66 California plate is included if you want it, and we had 2 beautiful black and yellow STOUT66 old California style plates recreated for display purposes that will be included as well..
