1959 Chevrolet Viking RARE Medium Duty Truck Very Original Truck in GREAT CONDITION -MOTOR is a small block Chevy V8 with Camelback Manifolds, starts right up and runs strong. May need new oil pan gasket. Watch the video below to see it start up and drive away! -INTERIOR of the truck is solid...no rust in the floors, dash has not been cut or altered. Gauges work, see the video -EXTERIOR has been painted a couple times and there is some obvious filler. However, the sheetmetal is in great condition for its age and thus is an excellent candidate for restoration. Wears Viking 40 emblems. -DRIVETRAIN consists of a 4 speed manual transmission and a two speed rear end (and this works!) Dual rear wheels and leaf spring setup is rated for 15,000 lbs! -BRAKES work, along with the E-Brake. -This is a running, driving truck. Recently, a dump hoist was removed from the rear. The levers for this machanism are still in the cab and some of the This would make a great hauler, 5th wheel, flatbed, etc. There is some usual rust in cab corners (underside only) and I have documented this in the pictures.
