THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION. HIGHEST BIDDER WILL WIN THE AUCTION !!! The BMW Runs and Drives fine, but needs TLC. Items needed to make car perfect: 1) Tires have about 50% tread remaining. Recommend replacement soon. 2) Brakes need servicing as they have not been serviced recently.3) Power Steering fluid leak is evident, as I typically add power steering fluid once or twice a month.4) A/C works intermittently. May be a capacitor or may be the compressor. I am not certain. Capacitor is a $60 replacement part but the compressor would obviously cost more. Heater, defrost, and vents all work fine. 5) Some minor dings and scratches on the car here and there but nothing major, as the car still looks good despite being 13years old. The car interior is in excellent condition with no rips are tears in the leather. Sunroof, original 6 disc BMW CD changer all work fine. But, remember, this is a used car, so some flaws will be evident. But for a car that is 13yrs old, it still has great acceleration and performance and believe it will make some mechanically inclined person a terrific project to drive home. I currently drive this car 150 miles R/T to work every other day, so the mileage will be slightly higher at the time of purchase than what is listed at the close of auction. Also, over the past 3 months, I have driven this car to Washington DC, Houston, and Miami without any problems, so I am certain the winning bidder can drive this car anywhere despite the minor issues identified. And, as far as the power steering leak, I usually added power steering fluid one or twice every other month but did not observe any puddling when the car was parked. However, the air conditioning seems to work fine periodically, but it does not consistently blow cold air but fortunately the heater and the heated seats work fine.
