Family owned since 1998. Business use car garaged when not used not driven in winter. Less than 3000 miles on new tires. This car has always been dealer maintained by parents in FL and since transfered in 2007 by orange county BMW. car passes NY state inspection. Condition is as expected for this year car. Strong running mechanically sound engine and drivetrain. All options available except for heated seats. Slight wear in seats without rips and tears. Overall a great conditon car other than the following problems 1) trunk support struts will not hold trunk lid up in cold weather 2) Discoloration at bottom of drivers side rearview mirror 3) Glove box latch broken but operational 4) chips in paint on front of car above bumper 5) decorative engine shrowd broken and removed 6) dent in rocker panel under driver side door ( not readily visible) 4) rubber weather strip around window drip channel dry rotted and broken 7) numbers on dash indicators sometimes skip pixels multi cd player in trunk-----fabric headline is loose- Please email seller with any questions
