This is my highway car, used for long trips. I don't drive it every day, I have another Subaru for that. This is a beautiful 2004 LLBean Edition Outback, built in Indiana. This car is in excellent condition except for cosmetic flaws. I keep it in top condition and ready for a long trip at any time. No squeaks, rattles, or any odd noises even when cold, runs very smooth and quiet. With the LLBean Edition you get 6-cylinder engine, power leather seats, dual sunroof, automatic climate control, auto-dimming rear view mirror with compass, On-Star system, powerful stereo with 6-CD changer and weather band, heated front seats and mirrors, and a really nice interior finish. This was one of the most expensive Subarus of 2004, priced over $30,000. Condition: this is a nice, solid car in excellent condition, see pictures. There are a variety of minor scrapes, dings, and dents as may be expected, some of which may be hard to see. Paint is very glossy. There is a broken piece of plastic on the inside of the rear passenger door, which is only visible when the door is open, see picture. This car has not accidents, no body work, no rust, no touch-up paint. I usually keep this car in the garage. I took it out to let the rain wash it. This car was not otherwise cleaned or detailed before the pictures were taken; this is the normal everyday condition of the car. Includes both keys and key fob, manuals, etc. Everything works. Mechanically in excellent condition, I just had the front axles replaced three months ago, routine transmission service, new throttle sensor, spark plugs, air filter, oil change and new state safety inspection, total maintenance costing $1466. AC is cold. No leaks. The check engine light has NEVER come on except when the throttle sensor had to be replaced. This car runs extremely quiet and smooth. I usually get 27-28 mpg with regular gas, mostly highway driving. This is a southern car (Maryland and Virginia) and is therefore less likely to have corrosion problems later on. 150,000 highway miles. That is a lot for some cars, but this is a Subaru, and only 7 years old. Feel free to ask questions or come by and see the car.
