Absolutely beautiful 2004 Porsche Boxster in Guards Red-Automatic Transmission w/ Tiptronic-Only 26,565 miles! The story behind this vehicle: We purchased the Porsche from my father last year. He purchased it in 2006 from a Porsche dealer in California. I believe it had 15,000 miles at the time. He had very specific requirements when he was looking for it. It had to be Guards Red, it HAD to be an Automatic and it HAD to have tan interior. Finding those exact requirements on a slightly used Boxster was tough, but he located it and had it shipped to Chicago. From 2006 until last year, he never drove it in the rain, never drove it in the snow...always garage kept. It only saw the light of day on nice sunny days in Chicago. We took possession of it when we relocated down to Southern Georgia. My wife drove it to and from work, but has kept it just as nice as when we brought it down from Chicago. On Mar-14-11 at 16:55:14 PDT, seller added the following information: The vehicle also includes an additional set of Porsche wheel emblems, 2 car covers and 3 sets of Porsche mats (Tan w/ Black Lettering, Tan w/ Tan Lettering and Black w/ Black Lettering) On Mar-16-11 at 19:09:50 PDT, seller added the following information: PLEASE READ: I have gone through all the paperwork in the glovebox and found that the tires were actually replaced in 2007. NOT 2009 as I had responded in the two questions below. I apologize for the error. According to the maintenance record/receipt, the vehicle had 13,890 miles out at that time. The 15,000 scheduled Porsche maintenance schedule work was also done at that time. I was also able to confirm that it had the synthetic oil changed+ new filter installed every year(with the exception of 2010) since my dad purchased it in 2006. Unfortunately, the receipts for that work must have been misplaced during the move. Please also note there were some nicks and scratches that were professionally touched up in 2007. The tires look great and have quite a bit of life left in them. I can not stress enough, this vehicle is a peach. However it is used and everything is in the eye of the beholder. I have gone over the vehicle many times and with the exception of some tiny minor nicks on the front bumper from normal driving, I can not find any imperfections. I also want to stress the vehicle has NO scratches or dents. Thanks!
