You are viewing an incredible 1965 Ford Galaxie 500 with the original 390 engine with 4bbl carb rated at 300hp. It has the 3-speed cruise-o-matic transmission (shifts well) with the 9in rear end. Also has power steering and good manual brakes. Engine does not smoke at all; it runs and drives excellent. The body is perfectly straight with no dings or dents and no visible rust. The trunk, floorboards, and under-carriage are good and solid. Exhaust is like new. The tires are practically new with good tread and no dry rot. The chrome and trim is very straight and in great shape. All the glass is good. The bumpers have no dings or dents but do have very minor pitting. It has the desirable, sporty front bucket seat interior with floor shift console. The original color of this car was Praire Bronze however it was painted red 20 years ago. To the best of my knowledge, the only 2 things that do not work on this car is the horn and fuel guage and it needs minor upholstery repair.
