Up for auction is a 91 Volvo 240 wagon. This was bought new by my mom in 2/1991. It was passed on to my dad in 1997 when mom bought her 960. The car has had a lot of work over the years, a bunch of it recently. Most of the miles were put on before 12/05 when dad retired. Less than 5000/yr since then. 8/01 - Timing belt, thermostat10/01 - rotors, mass air flow sensor, oxygen sensor, ECM, throttle switch1/02 - rear bushings3/02 - belts8/02 - water pump, rear engine seal, front trans seal, drive shaft bushing10/02 - transmission kickdown cable3/03 - starter motor10/05 - steering rack, radiator, water pump5/07 - front brakes, front rotors2/11 - drive shaft bushing, front struts, rear shocks, front strut mounts, front bushings, alignment3/11 - timing belt, alternator, a/c and steering belts The good: great driving car, good mpg, nice interior, reliable, just VA inspected The bad: small crease down the top of drivers side doors, dent on passengers side rear quarter, front seats cracked (IPD covers installed), door pockets and center console broken, windshield has a bullseye that is cracking (will be replaced if bidding goes over $1600) I would have no issue with driving this car anywhere, it is very reliable. I just did a bunch of work, struts, shocks, bushings, timing belt, belts, oil change. I would keep this car but I have too many of my own. This was dads car and he recently passed away. I have a clear title.
