Vehicle Detail

NO RESERVE, HIGH BID WINS PLEASE read the complete listing, look at all of the pictures and feel free to ask questions before you bid. And as always PLEASE do not bid if you do not intend on paying for this truck, this not only waste my time but waste the time of folks who are actually wanting to try to buy this truck. I have a good feedback rating for a reason! This truck was traded in at Paris Ford Lincoln Mercury Inc. right here in North Texas. You are buying a 2003 FORD F-250 CREW CAB SHORT BED TRUCK with the FX4 OFF ROAD PACKAGE. This truck has 6.0L POWERSTROKE engine, 5 speed AUTOMATIC overdrive transmission, 4 WHEEL DRIVE with knob on the dash. Only has a 186-k miles. Comes with the "XLT" trim package with power windows, power door locks, power seats on both sides, power pedals, power/lighted mirrors, am/fm/cd stereo, sliding back glass, tinted windows and keyless entry. My pictures does not help this truck. Was cloudy when taken. The interior is really nice, I would say a good 9 out of 10! Dark gray cloth 40/20/40 front bench and matching rear bench. No smell or smoke odors at all. FX4 OFF ROAD 4 WHEEL DRIVE The exterior is a tu-tone burgandy color with sliver on the lower section. Has factory chrome wheels with 2 like new tires on the rear, 2 on the front with about 60% tread. Pictures shows left front wheel missing (will be back on truck, had flat) Truck does have a few scratches but nothing a good detail could not fix. Has one small dent on lower rear part of right front fender (see pictures, casued from a blow out). Has factory cab lights and trailer tow mirrors. Hood has a few very small hail dings (pea size or so). This is a 100% RUST FREE TEXAS TRUCK and is even dry under the bottom. (see pictures) Check out www.kbb.com and www.nada.com! I am a lic. and bonded dealer in Ft.Worth, Texas and have been in the same location since 1983. If you are the winning bidder and live in Texas I will collect the TT&L and take care of the paper work for you. (6.25%tax, $65.transfer, .25%diesel, .2194%vit, $125.tags and sticker if needed) NO HIDDEN DOC FEES OR SO-CALLED EBAY FEES! Out of state winning bidder will bring me the cash or wire transfer and pick up your truck and title. No cashiers checks, no personal checks and no money orders. MY LOSS, YOUR GAIN! HIGH BID WINS NO RESERVE When I bought this truck is was running and driving perfect, on the way in from Paris Texas the truck started acting as if it was running out of fuel or like a dead pedal feeling (truck was running but when stepping on the pedal it would not race up or go any faster), so I stopped and put diesel in it and it would not start back up. Coolant is in great condition no fuel or oil in it and no fuel or oil smell (gold Ford coolant), oil is full and pretty clean. We changed both fuel filters and replaced the electric lift pump with a new one.. Truck will start and run as long as I spray diesel into the intake, as soon as I stop spraying it stops running, Scanner shows NO CODES and now I am being told it could be the FICM. I am not 100% sure so I am listing it here to see about getting some of my money back and maybe somone will know more about these engines than I do.On Mar-08-11 at 09:06:44 PST, seller added the following information: 1-OWNER TRUCK With a perfect history report! On Mar-12-11 at 15:42:05 PST, seller added the following information: * UPDATE NOTICE * Got truck back from the Ford dealer and was told the FICM was fine and was re-flashed with the latest updates, still a no start issue. However they did find something called an ICP sensor leaking alittle oil and the wire going to it is wet with oil and something called an IPR valve needing to be replaced. Was told since the oil is leaking from the ICP sensor this could be the problem since the injectors work off of oil pressure and if there is a leak it could be causing lower than normal output from the high pressure oil pump. So pretty much they are saying with an oil leak the HPOP is not building enough pressure to make the injectors work.
