Great condition 928! The body is is fair condition. No RUST. However it has been painted black but will need to be redone in areas. Pictures will show where. She runs very strong! Get's up and goes. Shifts easily and rides smooth. Nice firm steering and handling. New clutch went in with the rebuilt engine. Engine is from a 1982 Porsche 928 with only 5k on the rebuild. (82' previously had only 80k) Engine runs great! Does NOT overheat. Recent water pump installed as well as timing belt. Currently registered in CA with plates running til August 2011. Interior: Redone in a tan vinyl upholstery. Looks great with no fading, rips or tears. Front and back seats in great condition. Over head lining in good condition. Does have a few blemishes but overall, excellent for 30+ years. Dash board has cracks, pictured. Center column is perfect. Carpet is perfect. Trunk area in good condition, has slight wear from opening and closing. Cons: Dash board lights always on; perhaps loose relay behind steering wheel column? Driver side window does not roll down. Could be elec button or window motor. Unknown. NO A/C. Does not have the compressor installed. Running slightly lean at the moment, popping during deceleration. Does need new tires. Tires have tread, but cracked do to age and weather. Highly recommend replacing tires. Body has few blemishes, which are shown in pictures. OVERALL: GREAT running 928. Drives excellent on free way and shifts soundly. Very fun to drive and cruise. She's ready for the street and is currently registered. You can drive her while you repair the small things. The motor is in good working order. It was the control button that was incorrectly installed. Window moves up and down with ease.
