For sale is a 1991 Mustang GT Hatchback. It is two tone blue and grey with black interior. This car has subframe connecters, aftermarket exhaust, tinted windows, and aftermarket rims and tires. Tires are in ok shape, i'd say about have half to maybe a little more then half tread on all four tires. New shocks on the rear. Body was painted by previous owner but wasnt the greatest good. It has scratches and dings in various areas on the car. Tried to get some in the pictures. Right now the car doesnt have an engine in it. I have everything that was removed from the engine bay. I bought this car last fall with the intent for it to be stripped down and restored. The block is in good shape, but it will need to be bored before it is reassembled. It appears it was taken out once before and re-ringed and put back in. The Transmission is a rebuilt AOD. The previous owner told me it was put in about 10xxx miles ago. When I bought it, I drove it 300 miles home and engine ran strong and tranmission shifted good. Pulled engine because I planned on turning it into a 347. After pulling the engine, it appears at some time in it life it had a head on impact as there is a welded patch on left side of engine bay. Not sure when it happen but everything appears straight and the title is clear. Car has some rust spots on body that I took pictures of. Interior is in fair shape. The headliner and floor carpet were replaced a few years ago. Seats are ok, but showing their age. All in all, this is a really good project car. I know it sounds like its not, but im trying to point out everything that is wrong so buyer knows what they are getting. Dont really want to sell it right now but found a 1968 coupe and dont have room for both cars so one has to go. My lost your gain. I have taken pictures of all the parts of the car that are in my garage and all of them go with the car minus the engine stand. As i said before, i have everything that came out on engine. Car at sometime in its life had an A/C delete done to it so it doesnt have A/C. This car is being sold as is, where is and pickup is solely on the winning bidder. Clean Illinois title. $500 dollar deposit due within 24 hours of auction ending with pickup and remaining balance due within 7 days of auction ending. Im flexiable on 7 day pickup but please contact me before auciton ends to make arrangments if you'll need more time for travel. Also car has new smoke taillights and new one piece clear headlights. Feel free to ask questions and I'll try to answer the best I can as I have only owned car since last fall. I reserve the right to end this auction early as it is also for sale locally. Oh, also when I got a carfax on car, it said it had a mileage issue, previous owner told me it was when they bought car the DMV got mileage wrong because this style of mustang doesnt show mileage over 99,999 and the didnt put 1 in front of current mileage. Also, I will be leaving for Vegas on the 4th for work and wont be back till 6th around 9pm central time so i will be monitioring the auction from my blackberry when I can.
