Up for auction is a 2001 Mercedes E320 Wagon. We bought this because we had family visiting us and we needed the 3rd row. We are the 2nd owners of this car. It runs great and has no known mechanical problems. When we first bought this car we had it fully serviced. The following work was performed: Fluid Flush Oil Change Front Breaks/ Sensors Front RotorsO2 Sensor There are some scratches and dents as you would expect on a 10 year old car. There is a small rust spot next to the Mercedes emblem on the trunk (see picture). A friend that does body work said that it wouldn’t be a big deal to fix. On the digital thermostat display the numbers sometimes to not light up. For example the drivers display can be set to 74 but the display will read 71 because the left side of the display is not working. Again, not a big deal because it works but I want to give an accurate description of the car so there are no surprises. This car runs great and is very enjoyable to drive. It’s solid. My mechanic hooked this up to the computer and the error listed was “o2 Sensor bank 1 sensor 2.” We replaced this sensor but he was unable to turn off the light. So note that the check engine light is on but we addressed the error code. I just realized that I did not mention this in the original description. Thanks.
