Up for sale is my much modified and tricked out Montesa Cota 315R.I spent last summer stripping the bike down to have the following work done:- frame acid stripped and bare metalled all casting marks polished out and custom drilled, fork legs anodized black,turnouts gray powdercoated,wave rotor installed with custom anodized bolt kit and spacers,4 pot AJP front caliper installed with Nissin master cylinder and custom brake line,forks rebuilt by Milan Shocks of Alabama,Renthal fat bars with custom clamps,polished and powdercoated ,new throttle assy,custom gold anodized radiator,the engine has been rebuilt with a new OEM piston kit,cylinder has been replated and the cylinder head modded for higher compression,new clutch and clutch basket bearing,Bran new Keihin 28mm PWK carb and custom anodized airbox adapter installed,new OEM throttle cable,new OEM air filter,custom fabricated powdercoated footpeg hangers fitted with a lightened set of Fastaway oversize pegs,custom fabricated and powdercoated rear brake pedal,polished and powdercoated swingarm,anodized rear linkage with all new OEM bearings,uprated Delta linkage plates,rebuilt rear Showa shock by Milan Shocks of Alabama. I have also installed new brake pads front and rear,Michelin X11 tires (lite on the front) and the silencer has been rebuilt with a straight core and repacked.A new chrome head pipe was also recently added along with a new heavy duty 6mm thick skid plate and a new engine rubber cushion.Custom Honda and RTL250 graphics finish out the package.The plastics were fitted new prior to the tear down and are about 18 months old. The bike runs beautifully and is much cleaner on throttle response than the stock bike.I run 50/50 race gas at 50:1 premix and the bike is jetted spot on for this set up. I have put approximately 20 hours on the bike since reassembly and there are now several scratches on the bike from my attempts at trying to emulate the stars ! Nothing major.Everything works and this bike is ready to be ridden. I am selling it to raise the funds to buy a Grand Piano for my children. The bike will come with a bill of sale as there is no Title requirement here in Alabama.
