Our family is growing and we need something larger. I bought this car in 2007 with 28,826 miles as a theft recovery and have driven it mildly since. Car and options - 2005 BMW 545i, Silver w/ black leather interior, fully loaded, sport package, 54K miles, Satellite radio, NAV (2007 dated disc), Bluetooth, Anti-theft system, Sunroof, Front & rear parking sensors, memory seat position, cold weather package with heated front & rear seats, rear climate control, battery was replaced in 2010, no cracks/chips in windshield, 6 Series rims and new tires with less than 400 miles. Interior – Very good condition, non-smoker Exterior - Good to fair condition due to a rear passenger-side door ding, minor scuffs on the trunk lid and scratches on rear window spoiler/antenna. Accident – One minor front driver-side fender bender, I have the receipt for the repair which was about $1,400. Error Message - There is an error message that states the front and rear lights are malufunctioning. When I bought the car as a theft recovery, the thieves stole the stock Zenon headlights, but I had the local BMW dealership install new Halogen lights and have had the error message ever since. According to a mechanic, changing the headlight computer module would work (est cost $800), but it wasn't worth the cost to me. The warranty expired at 50,000 miles but the car has had regular maintenance and no known mechanical problems. Local BMW mechanic recommends a brake job and front end alignment. Highly reduced price due to the car being a theft recovery in 2007. A great way to get a luxury car below wholesale pricing. Additional photos can be taken. The current LA title is a clean title, however Carfax shows the original NY title as a salvage which is required by NY state law on all theft vehicles.
