This is a repossessed car that I am listing for the lender. The car is sold "AS IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. I am attempting to give you my description of the car based on my observation and from driving the car. Body: The body has several small dents and paint imperfections. The passenger side rear quarter panel appears to have been repainted. It just appears to me that the paint is slightly different. Scuffs on the front bumper on passenger side just in front of the tire. The hood is slightly off line/bent on the passenger side (see pics). There are a couple of paint chips missing on the hood. There is a ding/dent on the driver’s door. There are a few small dings on the driver’s side. There is a half dollar size place of paint missing on the roof on the passenger side. The hydrolics do not work on the rear hatch. The sunroof/moon roof electronics do not work. Interior: The interior is badly stained. The door seals look like they are melted. There are several cracks on the dash. The air conditioning works. The power windows work. There is water coming in the passenger floor board from somewhere but I do not know where. It may possibly be from a clogged drain. The doors and console have some stains. Engine: Motor runs good. It is missing the air filter container. The car has a shaking when idling which I believe is caused by a bad motor mount. That is my opinion not a mechanical diagnosis. The transmission shifts smoothly. The car has good pick up. I drove car approximately 30 miles. Temperature gauge registered good. There are no check engine lights on. I was told that the prior owner had just had a new transmission or a rebuilt transmission installed. I do not have documentation of this. The car has 113,090 miles on it at the time of listing. Please note again that this is a repo vehicle that I am listing for the lender. I have done my best to disclose all that I have observed. Any thing overlooked is not intentional but does not mean that it does not exist. If you have questions please ask. The car is sold "AS IS". The remaining price must paid via certified funds or cash within 7 days of auction close. The purchaser is responsible for pickup of the vehicle. The purchaser is also responsible for any tax or registration fee in the home state.
