This bright orange 73 IH half ton is 100% original and complete and is in exceptional clean condition from top to bottom and has been well loved the last 38 years. I originally purchased this to be my parts getter, but i have come across a short bed that i could keep my hands off so i have to let this one go at a screamin price! This one is all original and un-tampered and includes both original manuals and lots of mechanical maintenance done. BODY/EXTERIOR- The body on this old truck is truly amazing for its age and the simple reason that these trucks were built and bought to be a tool and worked leaving most abused and left to rot. All of the paint is 100% original and still has a high gloss with just one small ding in the whole body just under passenger taillight. The bed has seen very little use over the years and suffers from no typical dents, bending of tailgate and bulk head toward the cab, even the paint is in nice shape! Original spare tire mount still in place and it has a matching spare tire and hubcap just not shown. Even under the rear wheel wells is very clean and has the bright orange paint still covering the metal. Minor rust only showing on driver edge of cab corner and some bubbles on bottom passenger side of tailgate. please not rear tailgate latch is not working properly but can be opened manually from inside of tailgate( minor fix) INTERIOR- The interior is all original except the carpet and is in great shape, even the lighter works!!! Before the carpet was installed the previous owner scuffed the floors and put down a bedliner material to protect the cab. All gauges and dual tanks work but the radio needs updating and does not work. DRIVE-TRAIN- The motor is the original 345 8cyl with a rebuilt 727 auto transmission, Factory A/C( needs recharge but all parts are there), power steering, cruise control and a clean under carriage. Recent work with receipts to include rebuilt factory transmission, carburetor, master cylinder, all new brakes and wheel cylinders and a fresh oil change! All items only have a little over 1000 miles since work was done. These are hard to find trucks and finding one in this shape truly is a rare find!! I hope I and all the close up pics have done the job to describe this rig the most true and honest possible!!
