The bike is in beautiful shape and is original down to the tires. This CB350F starts and runs great and is really a fun bike to ride. It sounds great and is very easy to handle. The carbs have just been completely disassembled and cleaned. The bike starts from cold very easily with the starter or kick start. The front brake system was completely gone over with new pads and fluid. The valves where checked and all within spec. The cam chain tensioner was adjusted. The bike did not need any other maintenance. The tires are original and dry rotted. I did not replace them for 2 reasons. First is the tire manufacture dates are still intact. The front reads 053 which is the 5th week in 1973. The rear reads 113 which is the 11th week in 1973. This helps prove that this is a low mileage bike since it was built 4/73. Second, there are many tire choices and some riders prefer one brand over another, so you get to choose. The bike rides fine and they hold air. The seat lock is missing. Dealers still carry this part NOS and any locksmith can re-key it to match the original keys that fit the ignition lock. The bike is fully useable without the lock in place. Overall this bike is a true survivor. The inside of the gas tank is spotless and there are no dents. The paint still shines with great depth even though there are a few scratches from 38 years of existence. The chrome is all in fantastic shape and ding free. There are a few light scratches on the mufflers and chrome, but no gouges or peeling. The more I dug into the bike, the more original it appeared. The wiring harness still has the original wrap with part number tags in place. All the connectors are nice and clean and no wires have been cut or stripped. The gauges show no signs of fading or clouding and all the lighting works. The Owner’s manual is in great shape and still has the electrical schematics loose in the back. The tool kit appears complete and un-used. 2 original keys are included. The bike has a clean and clear title. A non-refundable Paypal deposit of $200.00 is due within 48 hours of the auction ending. A United States Post Office money order is also acceptable and must be express mailed to within 48 hours. Full balance is due within 7 days of auction ending. I cannot accept payment via Paypal. Cash Only. No check, money orders, or trades will be accepted. Shipping is up to buyer to arrange but I can work with shipper if they need to pick the bike up at my residence. I recommend all interested parties to inspect the bike in person before bidding. Contact me to set up a viewing. I try to be as honest as possible and I have not had an unhappy bidder yet. Please contact me if you have any questions before bidding. Thanks! On Feb-20-11 at 05:30:40 PST, seller added the following information: I DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL EXHAUST. Thanks.
