1998 Ford F-150 4 X 4 XLT Super Cab (3 door) Bought this truck with 36,000 miles on it and I have babied this truck and Maintained it very well. I know the complete history since 36 K miles. Fully loaded including 4X4, 4.6 V8, (12-15 MPG) EVERYTHING WORKS, A/C, P/S, A/T, Sliding Rear Window, Cruise, Tilt, CD, Tow Package ( I've never towed anything with it), Chrome Running Boards, Bed Liner, PDL, Alum Wheels, Good Tires and Alarm. Recent Repairs & Maintenance: New A/C, Alternator, Battery, Front Tires, Major Tune Up, Brakes and Serpentine Belt. Runs well, however needs some work: Pinion Gears need to be rebuilt and Intake Manifold or Gasket needs replacement (leaks some water). May be driven up to 200 miles before refilling with water. Mechanic said about $ 2,000 in repairs, much less if you can repair yourself or have a mechanic friend - Sold as is no warranty exists. I would'nt hestitate to repair the truck, however I am out of work.
