1985 BMW K-Series

On the block is a 1985 BMW K100RS..........1000cc 4cyl.,5 speed,factory hard saddle bags,Corbin seat,factory alloy wheels,center stand,heated grips,etc.....Speedometer works.Odometer does not.I have no idea about what the actual miles are.It`s been broke about a year.Of course any bike over 10 years old is "Miles Exempt" anyway. Needs:Tires are dry.Rear brakes are worn(new pads included).Paint.Fairing has some damage(mostly upper).Right mirror lense is cracked.Previous owner said he bumped into his garage shelving one night..(?).Easy fix no pieces missing.Small ding on top of tank. Good:Runs great!Starts easy.NO trash in gas tank.Injectors DON`T need cleaning.Does NOT need a battery.Trans/clutch are excellent.As with all older BMW`s it smokes a little when first cranked if you use side stand.Very very quick bike.Rated at 90+hp/139mph.Not bad for 26 yr old technology! Put tires,and brake pads on it,and ride!Never wrecked.Has a clean clear Florida title.AND it`s cheap.
