What you are looking at is a great all around survivor in good condition. Interior Vinyl bench seats are in pristine condition with the exeption of two small rips in the drivers seat on the outside under where the seatbelt comes across. (see pics) The carpet is in great shape exept a small bleached spot in the back under the floor mat. (see pics) All the trim is intact, slightly faded plastic panels are in good shape for their age. No cracks in the dash, but some slight discoloration. Manual Windows and Locks. Headliner is coming down (a very common problem that is quick and easy to fix) I have it pinned up with some thumb tacks.(see pics) Overall in very great shape for a 30 year old car. Exterior Paint is all original and has not been redone. It is a bit faded on the hood, top and trunk, but the color is still there. All of the trim, bumbers, lights and chrome is all there and in great shape. Vinyl portion of roof is like new. Absolutely no rust on the whole car. There are 3-4 small dings about the size of hail dents along the pasenger side. ( I tried to get a good pic, but it doesn't show up well) The drivers side has a scratch that skips from the front to the back.(see pics) Overall it looks good until you get close to find the defects. Two of the tires are even the factory originals. Tires have about 50% tread, but if you plan on driving this car on the highway, I would recomend getting new tires as they are old. Under The Hood The engine is a carburated 3.8L V-6. (Ebay only had the V-8 option for listing) Starts and runs like a new car would in 1981. All original with the exeption of a new battery, radiator, radiator hoses, thermostat, sparkplugs, and plugwires. I cannot say enough about how well this car runs for its age. Three pumps to the accelerator and it fired right up in 15 degree weather. It has an automatic transmission that engages and shifts like new as well. A/C is all origianal and blows cold as new. Documentation- I have the original sales reciept, Owners Manual, AC Delco stereo manual, Pontiac consumer information manual, Maintenance Schedule, outdated origianal warranty papers, and documentation of the one pair of tires that were replaced years ago. All documentation goes with the car! I have done my best to describe this car with its qualities and defects. It will sell as is and there is no warranty.
