1959 CHEVY APACHE PROJECT This is a wonderful truck if you are mechanically inclined. I've owned about 15 years and have done alot of work on it. It was originally ordered for the army and I have the original glove box door that has all the nomenclature information on it. It was stationed at a Nebraska base and then it was turned into a firetruck for years. After that a farmer bought it and I bought it from him. It has not been driven since I had the body acid dipped, primed, and painted 69' corvette hugger orange. It has a 67' Chevelle 12 bolt posi rear end. I can't remember if it is 373 or 410 gears. I had a 73' Trans Am super duty front clip put on it so it has the superduty brakes and a huge sway bar on the front. The back has the drum brakes. I have 15 x 8 corvette ralleys all the way around and BFG white letter tires. The interior needs to be put together but I have everything for the dash which is rechromed. I have either a chrome or black glovebox door for it. You can see the parts in the pics. I bought a tilt column for the steering wheel. It has all new tinted glass except the back window which is the original tinted which was a option. The only outside chrome I have is for around the window. I had any other holes filled in when I had the truck body done. I also had the gas tank removed from behind the seat and had the gas tank gooseneck filled in. I was going to put a fuel cell or blazer tank put in the back between the frame rails. I have a brand new electric wiper motor and the total wiring harness needed. Things that are needed are: Seats, bed floor, gas tank, and tailgate. Also included is a 79' Suburban with a rebuildable 73' 454 and a good turbo 400.
