Beautiful XK needs a home. 125k/mi before the recent cold weather claimed the life of the engine via a coolant leak. Engines available for 2k as evidenced in a quick Google search. My wife and I recently had our second child or I would be doing the engine swap myself as I love this car. New premium paint job last October, BRAND NEW Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires on 19" ATS aluminum wheels. $1400 for tires alone and they only have 80 miles on them. Car has never been wrecked and was very well maintained. Harmon Kardon premium sound, professionally tinted windows, cashmere color leather, power driver and passenger seats, rag top is in excellent condition with no leaks or other mechanical difficulty. $71,000 original MSRP. On Feb-15-11 at 10:55:08 PST, seller added the following information:Update - I have recieved some questions regarding the coolant leak so I would like to add a little color. According to my mechanic the coolant leak went from small to large in a hurry and therefore the engine was running without coolant which caused the temprature guage to register normal (no coolant to pull a temp from). I was unaware of a problem until I saw black smoke. They did not dig in to confirm whether the block and/or heads are cracked, but did advise me to replace the engine. The rest of the vehicle is in great shape aside from a few small sensors and some wear on the leather.
