1979 Mercedes Benz 450SL Convertible. Red with tan interior, black soft top and red hardtop. I have owned it for the last 4.5 years, and bought it from a private owner. I have had no issues with it whatsoever except I do not have time to enjoy the car. I have only put about 5,000 miles on it since I bought it, and have never driven it in winter. Paint is in great condition, as is the hardtop and soft top--the soft top is basically new as I have used it 2 times since I have owned it. Serviced regularly--same place previous owner did. I have just had to do the basic maintenance as it has needed nothing and runs and drives like a top. The cruise has not worked since I bought it, never needed it though. The leather is worn, but new leather covers are readily available. This has never bothered me so I have not repaired them. Always garaged and well cared for.
