Selling my 1972 Trans-am clone project car. 1972 was a very low production year. When was the las time you were able to find a 1972 Firebird that was born Lucerne Blue with a Blue Interior and an automatic transmission, with Air conditioning and for sale? Perfect for a low productrion 72 T/A clone. (I do not have the PHS documents) But by all indications this car was born Blue on Blue and the Espirit model it will need a complete restoration. It comes with most of the exterior part's and most of the engine bay part's (most of the A/C parts are gone) but will need alot of replacement interior part's. It also comes with a good running Chevy 283 motor (Edlebrock performance Intake) But it will need a new transmission. It has very good exhaust and good tires and I believe a good rear end and drive line it was driven and inspected up to 2008. I am uncetain about the miles but reads 96500. May be 196500. The original 350 motor and trans were removed before I Purchased the car in 2010. It would also make a very desirable Formula clone! The Beautiful Lucerne Blue Trans-am in the picture is a 1970 model. I feel that I am listing this car for a good price considering the potential. I have a clean clear title in hand. I hope that you can see the floor boards good enough. They were repaired prior to me purchasing the car and look decent. But they were patched in 3 places. The driver top outside and both passenger out side areas. The car does have some rust as you can see in the pictures. This car is almost 40 years old now. Wow! what a great classic!
