ivaylobg2004 Store welcome to my listing .Today im proud to offer this super nice 96 mitsubishi eclipse gst turbo toy. TITLE-i dont have a title as of this moment.I keep in touch with the owner of the car and he lost it.If ur local we can go to the dmv and he will transfer the title over to u.For out of state buyers i can have duplicate title issued and send to ur door-it takes 2 weeks tops.its all up to the buyer The car is sold as is due to ; -noise in the engine.To me its sounds like crank walk or rod bearings ,to my buddy is the top of the engine.I saw many videos over the net with the same noise and million reason where this noise is coming from.Expect to rebuild and replace the engine.the car starts and have compression 150 at all cylinders .Please when placing a bid assume the worst -engine will need work,the car wont drive far ,but will make it to the tow truck or dolly Now the goodies: -body kit and look nice with small paint chips on the front bumper -lowered with kyb shocks gr-2 -17 inch rims -2 rear tires great(yokohama's) 2 front needs to be changed due to wear.Driver's side rim have some bend on the lip .....still holds air -full 3 inch exhaust -new turbo from AMS -aftermarket tail lights and headlights -reverse glow gauges -alpine type R speakers all around and amp kit -remote start -stabilizing bar on the front shock towers The car is AUTOMATIC and shows little over 120k miles.trans was healthy .interior is grey leather in good shape .Once the engine is fixed this car will be hottt few months ago i had gsx with bad engine and i was able to find one for 300 bucks.I have posted request online to the local DSM fans if they can hook me up with one,so if i find engine i will update and will install the engine.Swap takes 1-2 days depending on the weather This is easy project for everyone that have engine .once fixed this car worth over 6k due to all the extras.I've seen many eclipse's but not many like this boy. On Feb-14-11 at 07:54:22 PST, seller added the following information: I have located 6 bolt short block in oswego ,il like 60 miles away with ot without the head.The guy have all new oil,water pump and gaskets to go with it for 400 or best .Im sure he will take 300...As for my original theory for spun bearing i drained the oil and there was few metal shavings so its bad bearings this engine have.I was told that rod bearing failed by the owner.I hope all this info helps u to understand the work this car require.Im very honest and im not it to tricking people or misrepresenting what i have.I can repair the car but i wanted to see what i can get for it like this.I know what i have,i can get 2k+ for the parts if i deside to strip it On Feb-15-11 at 21:52:55 PST, seller added the following information: I got 6 bolt 4g63t engine today out of wrecked 94 eclipse awd with 80.xxx miles.The engine was comresion tested and run good with no noises or knocks .Me and the owner of the car removed it from the car and now is in my trunk waiting ...Engine is complete without the turbo and is NOT INCLUDED with this listing but can be purchased on the side for 600 bucks only to the winner of the car
