1990 CADILLAC BROUGHAM The 1990 Brougham featured what Cadillac proclaimed as "contemporary yet classic exterior and interior restyling." This view was justified by a major revamping of the long-lived Brougham package. A new wide lower body-side colored accent molding was standard. The powerplant and chassis of the Brougham benefitted from the use of a new standard anti-lock braking system.
