PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE BIDDING AND EMAIL OR CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS. 1971 Chevelle Malibu Convertible It is not a show car, but makes one heck of a driver and is in very good condition. Runs and drives great, exhaust is not loud but sounds great. The car sat in storage from the 2nd owner for 27 years. The last owner had it for 7 years and had it painted and all the small things fixed. Basics Matching Numbers and Well Documented. All Original Everything except paint color and intake/valve covers/carburetor(originals included). Power Convertible Top Heat and Air Conditioning Work great Power Steering, Manual Brakes All Gauges and electrical work Drivetrain 307ci, 3 Speed Automatic, 10 bolt rear. Mechanically, it will be hard to find a car in better shape. Will drive anywhere Under 1000 miles have been put on this car in the past 7 years since motor and tranny had been rebuilt. Exterior/Body Paint is shinny and smooth. Only a couple spots that have defects in the paint(see photos). Original color was Placer Gold. Would qualify as Driver Quality paint. Chrome on front and rear bumpers are perfect. Wheels and tread in excellent condition. Convertible top in excellent condition. Driver door, hood, and trunk line up perfectly and shut like new. Passenger door is off line a little, shuts normal. No rust on this car, Frame and body is all very solid. Minor surface rust under the car is all. Interior Seats are in perfect condition, Carpet also great.
