This P71 was owned and operated by the U.S. government department of homeland security here in El Paso, Texas. The low miles are certified as actual by the U.S. government. This car was a CBP motor pool car. It was used to escort prisoners. Every now and then they wreck one of these cars. This is one of them. All of the damage is on top. The undercarriage, frame and suspension are good. This car has the limited slip (traction control) differential (see photo). The air conditioning blows ice cold. The 4.6 litre police interceptor motor has awesome power and runs great. The transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The brakes have been inspected and are good. The wheels and tires are junk. The body is beat up. There isn't a straight body panel on the car. We inspected this car and found no evidence of undercarriage structural damage.
