1997 Acura 2.2CL Front end damage from an accident a few months ago At the time the car didn't not start, although the electronics did work. I belive a connection came loose in the accident causing the engine not to turn over I do not believe that there is any damage to the engine or transmission, but there is damage to the hood, front bumper, and headlights and the radiator was pushed back The car was running beautifully before the accident but it did need a CV joint replacement There is of course wear and tear on a vehicle this old including driver's seat tears in the leather, no leather on steering wheel, carpet/floor mat wear, rubber gasket wear on sunroof, and several minor dents/scratches on the undamaged parts of the car. There is also some paint flaking off of the rear bumper Prior to the accident this vehicle was a daily driver and the majority of the miles were on the highway The vehicle was maintained very well with regular oil changes every 4,000 miles and other maintenance including transmission fluid change, brakes pads, air filter, spark plugs, etc. This vehicle was lowered several years ago using Eiback springs and I have the orginal springs and will include them with the sale This vehicle also had a performance air filter but the original stock air filter will also be included with the sale The main stereo unit and the rear deck speakers have been removed but the front door speakers are still intact This car is excellent for an auto wrecker/recycler ready to sell the parts Or even for the Acura CL-lover who wants to restore a vehicle that had cutting-edge styling back in its day Email or call me (619.630.5630) with any questions or if you would like additional photos or details
