This is a repossessed vehicle that I am listing for the lender. I will attempt to describe the vehicle to the best of my knowledge of the history of the vehicle as well as my observation of the vehicle. Motor: The engine seems to run fine. The prior owner told the lender that the car was having problems running hot. I drove the car for several miles as well as let it sit and idle for 15minutes and the gauge never got past normal. I am not sure if that was just a story the owner was telling or if there is a problem. Please keep in mind when you bid. The check engine light is on. Transmission: Transmission seems to shift fine. The shifter is very loose. The car is an AWD. Body: The body is in average shape for this year model. There are a few small dents on the hood and a piece of molding is missing on the drivers side door. The right front bumper is damaged. It appears that the clip on the wrap around piece is broken. The blinker is cracked. The prior owner had tied up the platic piece that you see hanging down in the picture but not sure why. There is a small dent drivers side above rear tire. The window tinting appears to be done at home and not a good job. The car also has a cracked front window shield. Interior: The interior seats are pretty good with the exception of the front passenger seat has a tear in it. The carpet is wearing badly under the foot pedals. The entire car needs a good cleaning and detailing. There are some stains that detailing should take care of. Power options: All the power windows and door locks work. The A/C seems to need charging. Tires: The vehicle has 2 pretty good tires and 2 that are fairly worn. Title: The title does not show salvage on it but it does have a salvage history. On 12/7/1999 Allstate Insurance Company shows a salvage title. I do not know what happened as to why it was salvaged. Geogia did not require the title to show salvage until 2004. Only way to know it was salvaged it to pull a history report. I hope you can appreciate the straightforwardness of the description. If you have additional questions feel free to ask. The vehicle is sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied. The buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax or registration in their home state. The buyer is responsible for the pickup of the vehicle or arranging their own shipping. We will work with the shipping company to make process as easy as possible. Winning bidder is required to pay a $200 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of auction close. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of auction ending to make final arrangements. Final payment and pick up of the vehicle is to be completed within 7 days of auction ending. Payment method is either cash or certified funds. The buyer will receive a title, bill of sale, and T-16 affidavit of repossession.
