THIS GALAXIE IS A REAL FIND! ALL ORIGINAL EXCEPT FOR THE EDELBROCK 1400 CARB. STARTS RIGT UP AND WILL TAKE YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. THE 352 V8 ENGINE STARTS AND RNS SMOOTH WTH LOTS OF POWER AND NO MISSES. THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SHIFTS SMOOTHLY WITHOUT SLIPING OR SHUDDERING. THE BODY IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR THE AGE OF THE VEHICLE. THERE ARE A FEW DINGS BUT NOTHING MAJOR. THERE IS NO RUSTED THROUGH AREAS ANYWHERE ON THE CAR (EXCEPT FOR THE BATTERY TRAY). THIS CAR WILL NEED TO BE REPAINTED FOR FULL RESTORATION DUE TO THE QUALITY OF THE CURRENT PAINT. THE INTERIOR IS IN FAIR SHAPE. THE FRONT SEATS WILL NEED TO BE REDONE, THE DASH PAD IS WEATHERED. ALL INSTRUMENTS LIGHT UP AND FUNCTION PROPERLY. THE ORIGINAL CARPET IS IN GOOD SHAPE AND THE BACKSEAT IS GOOD TOO. THE HEADLINER WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED (IT IS ALL INTACT BUT ONE SEAM AND I HAVE SEALED IT WITH SOME ADHESIVE STICKERS FOR NOW. I HAVE TAKEN THIS CAR ON SEVERAL ROADTRIPS AND IT HAS NEVER FAILED ME. I AM SELLING BECAUSE I HAVE TWO KIDS AND I AM AFRAID THEY WILL DESTROY THIS CLASSIC BEAUTY. I WANT IT TO GO TO SOMEONE THAT WILL APPRECIATE AND TAKE CARE OF IT.
