THIS 335CiC CONVERTIBLE WAS A MANUFACTURER'S BUY BACK. THE PREVIOUS OWNER BROUGHT IT BACK FOR THE CHECK ENGINE EMMISSIONS LIGHT COMING ON AND THE DEALER TOOK MORE THAN THREE ATTEMPTS AND LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE SO BMW BOUGHT IT BACK. BEFORE BMW OF NORTH AMERICA SOLD IT, THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND SIGNED OFF ON IT. THEY REPLACED SEVERAL OF THE FUEL INJECTORS, AND BY THE TIME THEY WERE TO REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP THEY BOUGHT THE CAR BACK AND THAN THE RECALL ON THEESE CARS CAME OUT FOR THE FUEL PUMPS. IT RUNS PERFECT NOW. THE BMW REPRESENTATIVE TESTDROVE THE CAR FOR ABOUT 2000 MILES AND SIGNED OFF THAT IT WAS REPAIRED.
