2002 BMW R-Series

I have 2 bikes and one has to go. These bikes can do most anything except keep up with a GS in Terra del Fuego. It has luggage racks for system cases which I do not have. It has a rear rack just because I like the way it looks. I never thought of tying anything back there but I guess you could if you were desperate. 6 speed transmission and servo control ABS brakes. This color combo came out the year before the "Rockster". The frame is anodized and the motor is blacked out from the factory. This is the way it came from the factory and is a rare color combo. BMW also offered it in Blue & Ferro. The 6000 mile inspection has been completed at A&S Cycles here in California at a cost of over $1300. ABS system flushed and ready to go for another 6000 miles before the next service is due. It has a Cee Bailey windshield mounted on the standard BMW mounts which are easily removed if you want that "Naked" bike look. It's pictured both ways. Everything under the seat from the factory is included as it should be. It could use a rear tire as the center is a little worn from freeway riding. It has one small scratch on the tank from the garage (hangar rash). It also has scrapes on the valve cover and right mirror from being set down on it's side in the driveway by a well meaning friend. The engine was not running as the keys are not available to well meaning friends! The left valve cover has small scrapes from hangar rash as well. It does not leak ANY fluid of ANY type. It's ready to ride home wherever that may be except for maybe the Arctic Circle.
