Vehicle Detail
I am selling this trike for my parents...due to my dad's health reasons. I personally do not know very much about motorcycles or trikes, but I do know this bike is beautiful - it runs awesome and rides smooth. (My parents really hate to sell it after they waited so long to find the trike of their dreams.) I am listing as much as I know about the bike...and I'll be more than happy to find out the answers to any questions!! I am posting the pictures that I have...if you need to see more pictures or pictures of anything specific, just message me & I'll get it done. As far as I know, there are NO dents, dings, or scratches. There are NO mechanical problems whatsoever. My parents have always stored the trike in their garage, so it has never been exposed to harsh weather, etc. I listed the mileage as 50,000...that is NOT the exact mileage, but it is very close. My parents were not available today to get the exact mileage for me...but mom said it's probably closer to 50,200. I will try to get the exact mileage within the next day or so. I listed the color as gold...that's what it looks like to me, but it might technically be more of a champagne color... We prefer the buyer to pick the trike up; however, we are open to discuss delivery options if necessary. Message me BEFORE bidding if you think you will require delivery because we will have to require an additional delivery charge depending on the delivery location. If we deliver the trike to the buyer, we will require 25% of the total price (purchase plus delivery) to be paid up-front before we will deliver. The remaining balance will be required at delivery. Otherwise, payment is required IN FULL on the day of pick up. We will only accept cash or a cashier's check...please do not ask us to accept a personal check. Feel free to ask questions...and happy bidding!! The buyer of this trike will be pleased!! On Jan-14-11 at 08:36:17 PST, seller added the following information: 01/14/2011 I have more information to add... The conversion kit on this bike is a Hannigan conversion. There is a 6 disk CD changer, heated hand grips, electric windshield, acessory plugs, sound system, room for storage (that locks), and reverse. On Jan-16-11 at 21:29:32 PST, seller added the following information: January 16th... I found out more information. Hope it helps whoever is interested... From my understanding, there are 3 storage cases. 1) a top case with interior lighting, mirror, & stowage for documentation, oil funnel, etc. 2) a left case for toolkit or whatever 3) a right case that I believe also hold the CD changer. I don't know what this is, but it has a mechanically adjustable fin. It has cockpit lighting, a socket for connecting electrical accessories, controls for the audio system for both the driver and passenger, license plate light, a rocker switch for rear seat heating, multifunction display (for the on-board computer, gauges, clock, radio display, etc.), and a ton of indicator and warning lights. Ignition key and steering lock, tank filler cap lock, radio-compartment lock, and side and top-case locks are all operated with the same key. From what I can tell, the left handlebar has cruise control switch, hazard flasher switch, controls for audio system, switch for windshield adjustment (can raise or lower), horn push, left turn indicator, and high/low beam switch. The right handlebar has starter button, kill switch, switch for heated handlebar grips, right turn indicator, and a turn indicator cancel switch that turns the left/right turn indicators off. The display shows the clock, distance recorder, and various things from the on-board computer such as: average road speed, residual range, average consumption, and ambient temperature. I'm told there are helmet holders, but I am not sure where they're located...was told under the seat, by the seat, or something like that, but not sure. My mother told me the front seat adjusts to high or low setting, and the backrest can be adjusted. Fuel capacity is 6.3 gallons. I do have the owner's manuals. There is a rider's manual, a maintenance instructions manual, and a supplementary rider's manual that goes over the audio system.
