1984 Mercedes Benz 380SL Roadster Only 2 Owners!! Investment Quality! Only 58k Miles! Immaculate! Both Tops! Beautiful! You are looking at a gorgeous 1984 Mercedes 380SL with only 58k miles! This car is in amazing condition inside and out!! It has both tops, a brand new set of tires, and the Original Becker Radio!! This beautiful SL will make a great investment for the SL enthusiast in you! It has only had 2 Owners and it has spent it's life in Florida!! Cosmetically this car looks fantastic! The paint has a mirror like finish and the body panels are laser straight. This SL does not have any rust issues. The floorboards underneath the carpet are in excellent condition (see pics)! The undercarriage is very clean without any rust issues!! This SL has the original dash which is in excellent condition and the woodgrain is in outstanding condition as well!! All the chrome is bright and shiney without any issues. It even has real chrome door edge guards. The original wheels look great as well!! This car has never been smoked in and the ashtray has never been used. You will be amazed when you see this car in person!! The leather looks incredible and the seats do not show any wear!! This car has been really pampered!! Just look at all the pictures to see for yourself. The trunk carpet looks amazing with the exception of a very minor stain (easily corrected with a $3 spray can of carpet dye!). It has the original tool kit and the spare tire well is extremely clean (see pic) The windows on the soft top are clear but there are a few tears in the fabric (see pics) It has only rained heavily here lately and it barely leaked on the passenger side. You could stitch that up pretty easily. Personally I always drive these SL's with the top down so it would not even matter to me. Mechanically this car is in very good condition. I have driven it to and from Orlando (50 miles each way) 4 times and it was a joy to drive. It has a brand new set of tires as well!! It starts right up, runs smooth, and has a plenty of pep!! The A/C blows ICE COLD and the heat works great. The clock even works. The power antenna is stuck in the up position but could be fixed very inexpensively if it bothered you. The radio does sound great with Boston Acoustics Speakers!! The power windows travel up and down properly without any hesitation! I would feel confident driving this car to California and back!!
