2006 Dodge Sprinter, Extended, 158" Wheelbase, High Cube, 5 Cylinder Mercedes Diesel. Vehicle has 2293 Original miles. The title to this unit is DEFECTIVE and the unit is being sold as scrap to the highest bidder. The vehicle title has a defective lein. The lein holder, Chrysler Finance cannot repossess the vehicle becuase they do not have a security interest in the vehicle and the statute of limitations for legal action has expired. The unit is being sold as is, where is, Wilmington, Delaware 19804 for any purpose the buyer wants. However, to be clear, this unit cannot be retitled anywhere in the USA. Unit Starts & Runs & Drives fine. There is NOTHING wrong with vehicle. Just a defective title ! This vehicle was delivered Oct 20, 2006. The selling dealer, Cherry Hill Dodge are criminals & felons and forged the titling documents, hence the defective title. In March 2007, the unit was placed in storage and has not moved since then. Its dirty and chalky, but is spotless. It starts, runs, drives. has never been in an accident, no repairs ever took place, nothing is being hidden; no tricks are being played.
