Vehicle Detail
2002 SUBARU IMPREZA WRX Up for sale is my 2002 Subaru WRX. I've owned the car for about 2 years now and has been a great daily driver and held up well during any kind of bad weather conditions with its all wheel drive. I've decided to part ways with her and move on to something else so now is your chance to get a great deal on a solid, powerful, and reliable sedan. I've had no major problems out of the car since i've owned it. It still has the original turbo charger and holds boost just like new, although i had plans of upgrading to a larger unit. Since i've owned the car i've added a short ram air intake, HKS SSQV blow-off valve, Megan 3" turbo back exhaust, Megan adjustable coilovers, and Brembo cross drilled & slotted rotors. About a year ago i swapped the stock 2002 front end over to a 2005 STI front end (hood, STI hood scoop, fenders, bumper, STI fog covers, STI splitters, STI grille, STI HID headlights which have been custom cleared and upgraded to 8000K bulbs), JDM front lip, OEM 3 piece rear lip w/diffuser, shaved antenna, and shaved trunk lid. Car also sits on 17x7.5 gold Rota Boost rims wrapped in 3 Nexen N300 225/45/17 tires (about 75% tread left) and 1 BF Goodrich G-Force Super Sport tire on the rear passenger side with about 60% tread left. Car also has a dual gauge pod bezel with boost gauge & fuel pressure gauge (fuel gauge not hooked up). Car was originally Platinum Silver Metallic but was painted Aspen White after i finished the front end conversion. Oil was changed every 3,000mi along with the transmission fluid every 9,000mi. Cons: There was a minor accident reported from the previous owner (8/13/2006) where the rear passenger door was dented. The proper repairs were made. On 12/11/2009 I was involved in a fender-bender where i had rear-ended a lifted pick up truck. Luckily it only ended up damaging the headlights, hood, and fenders, which is when i decided to just swap the front end to a 2005 STI. I was able to get all the proper parts for fairly cheap & had it professionally done and as you can see came out as good as new! The front oxygen sensor needs replaced, and also the clutch should probably be replaced within the next 5,000mi but holds fine for daily driving. The front 2 rims have some slight curb rash which u can see in the pics. Depending on the final sale price i may or may not include the Alpine head unit. And lastly, there is some small chipping by the rear license plate but can easily be re sprayed for cheap. So nothing too major with the repairs. Car was well taken care of, never raced, or heavily modded. This is still my daily driver so it will have slightly more mileage than originally advertised. To ensure serious buyers i expect $2,500 within 24hrs after the auction ends via Paypal or money transfer. Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick up/shipping but i will assist as much as i can. Full payment is expected within 3 days after auction ends and title will be mailed to buyer or sent with the car. I accept cash, money transfer, or cashier/bank check. If you cannot meet all of these requirements please do not bid. Car is also for sale locally & auction can end at any given time for the right price. Any questions feel free to ask.
