Vehicle Detail
RELISTED DUE TO NON-PAYING CUSTOMER "REDUCED $5,000" Up for auction is my Black S-10 V8 project with monster green flames. The truck itself has around 140k miles but literally everything has been replaced or upgraded. I turned this S-10 into a 2002 extreme clone with a V8 and dropped the suspention 3 inches. The beast is made for street or track while pumping just over 500hp from an LT1 crate engine which is stroked and bored to 383ci sbc. The motor came with dyno paperwork as well to verify horse power and torque. The motor is set up for a belt driven blower system which could bump the potential horse power up to 700hp. New everything on this hog such as high torque starter, high amp alternator, serpentine belt system, new power steering pump, trans cooler, brakes, shocks, tires are 75% rear and 50% front low pros. There is over ($6,000) invested in the motor which has roughly 5000 miles on it. The street/track 700R4 transmission ($2,400) has the same mileage and can handle up to 700hp. The tranny is set up to be shifted manually or just to be thrown in drive. You can bang through the gears manually when racing or simply put it in overdrive when driving to work. The truck is very driveable under any circumstance. There is a brand new set of 18 inch custom wheels ($2,100). Project flame thrower has power windows, seats and locks plus a blower hood scoop which was hand made and molded to the hood. Just about new everything on this beast plus a GPS unit and decent sound system. All gauges work as I installed a "painless" ($650) wiring harness. The Speedo is the only gauge not currently hooked up which is why I am including the GPS unit that has a built in speedo gauge. Also has a pretty nice bed liner inside the step side box and the AC unit is hooked up but not leak tested or charged. There is a few little things left to finish but I just don't have the time to finish it nor the garage space. Some of the things needed to finish would be a license plate light, steering column upper plastic shroud, turn signal fuses, & the paint needs polished/buffed. I have well over $17,000 invested in this project but I'm in no hurry to sell... don't ask what the reserve is as I wont tell you :) You can come see the truck as well anytime of day. It's located in Middletown, Oh 45044. I can give directions if you are a serious bidder. Thanks for looking! On Jan-05-11 at 11:05:03 PST, seller added the following information: "UPDATE" Please read the description. I'm getting flooded with questions about stuff that is in the description and this is a waste of time so PLEASE READ!!! Also.... please bid early if you're interested as I'm looking at some offers right now and I'm considering stopping the auction. I'm not sure how much more I can describe this vehicle as I'm a driver and not a mechanic so I recommend that you come see it before bidding unless you're confident with your eyes and like what you see. Thanks and happy bidding!
