As the car has clearly been maintained far better than average(nr. immaculately) by it's first owner, I can not imagine that it has not had the required services(esp. T-belt). Please note there is a hard to see fissure in the right tail light lense and a dent adjacent to the left rear bumper and on the plastic cover about the size of a softball.
