M-37 Dodge Truck- 3/4 ton, 4WD: This is the perfect candidate for a military restoration project. 1954 Dodge T245, is mostly in the original condition of a V-41 Telephone Maintenance Vehicle. This was used, maintained and housed indoors by a Northern California fire department for many years, up until the last 4-years. The 6-cylinder engine and drive train are stock and in good running condition. The data tags are original (DOD 1-7-54). The interior is mostly complete and original. There is one gauge missing. This M-37 is equipped with a V-41 Telephone Maintenance Vehicle tool box. Body is mostly clean but does have some normal surface rust. There is one noticeable spot on the Right side apron about 1-inch in diameter. The brakes are stock and in working order but the right front wheel cylinder has a leak and needs to be replaced. There are cracks on both front windshields and the Right side door glass. There is also damage to the lower right rear section of the tool box. This is a runner that will need very little work to restore or use as an everyday truck. This truck was bought at a state surplus auction and it has been stored outside for almost 4-years. There is no DMV title. Vehicle is sold "AS IS" and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
