*Note on my feedback score. Until recently, I always had a 100% score. Then I sold a set of tires & rims to a guy who lives in Arizona, which about 2 weeks to be delivered and he found a SMALL screw in one of the tires. He demanded a refund of part of his money in exchange for a positive feedback score. I didn't appreciate the blackmail nor his unreasonable attitude, so I didn't do it. (The was easily fixed) He made good on his vindictiveness and protesting through ebay did no good. NO RESERVE! Feel free to submit reasonable offers. For sale is a wonderful 1968 Pontiac GTO. This is a Florida car that underwent a complete frame off restoration 4 years ago. Detail has been paid to every detail right down to the nuts & bolts. Engine - 1968 400 360 HP Engine was professionally rebuilt with new pistons, connecting rods, camshaft, etc. All parts are OEM or equivilent. Transmission - 3 speed automatic with Hurst His & Hers shifter. Transmission was rebuilt using all new parts OEM or equivilent. Rear differential - Original Positraction with 2.93 gearing. Interior - All the seats have been refinished with OEM material. Side panels on the doors are original and in excellent condition. Rear side panels have been recovered and match perfectly. The carpet has been replaced with and OEM equivilent. Mechanical - All have been replaced with new or rebuilt: Radiator, hoses, heater core, alternator, voltage regulator, water pump, windshield motor and pump, close ratio steering gear box, ball joints, shocks, tie rods, connecting link, tires, all brakes lines and fuel lines, gas tank, fuel pump, exhaust system, starter, etc, etc. Car has power steering, power brakes, original AM radio, clock, hood tach, and an updated HEI distributor (The original points distributor goes with the car) Power Convertible top is new. Rally II wheels are correct and have been perfectly restored with correct color combination. Seat belt buckles could use replacement. They work fine, but the finish is oxidized. Spare tire does not hold air and is the wrong size. Less than 3500 miles have been driven since the restoration 4 years ago. Over $40,000 has been invested in this car. It runs and drives like new. You will NOT be disappointed! This car has been accepted in the Barrett Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona January, 2011. I have not finalized the paperwork yet.
