I restored this truck last fall while I was unemployed, it was a 10 year restoration project by a local gentleman that never got finished. I purchased the truck in a million pieces which I reconditioned or replaced and upgraded. It is a 75 body mounted on a 77 chassis. I used it as a daily driver until I found a job in January, which is the same time the transmission went out (as a note of clarity, I rebuilt the transmission this past summer so it runs and drives with a freshly built tranny). As a note, the mileage on the chassis is unknown, the mileage on the body is accurate at 75,000 miles. The bed needs a spray in bed linerIts missing a tail gateIt could use a new steering shaft (from the steering column to the gear box) at some point in the not too distant future.It needs a new front drive shaft, the slip yoke on the current one is pretty loose and vibrates pretty bad if you try to drive in 4X4 any faster than 45.I love the truck, and wouldn't mind keeping it, but it's time to get some things paid off and get some money set aside for a house.
