1973 Honda CB 450. VIN # CB4505035578. Mileage 12,900 miles on odometer. I think it is correct as to condition of motorcycle. "GARAGE SALE FIND". It was restored about 12 years ago and has sat for the last 7 years in a shed. I have replaced with new parts the following items: Battery, Front fork boots (both), Gas tank petcock, Gas tank cap rubber gasket, Gas tank rubber support, all gas lines, Master cylinder rebuild kit and boot, Caliper seal and pad, Spark plugs NGK #B8ES, Honda Tool kit with tool bag I had the gas tank cleaned, etched and sealed do to light rusting, Carburetors disassembled and cleaned and adjusted . It idles & runs smoothly now. Every gauge works properly as do all the lights, turn signals, electric starter and horn. It runs, shifts and stops like a Honda should with no leaks. Tires have deep tread (like new) with no weather cracking. Some spokes have light rusting but are tight and rims run true. Paint (been repainted by previous owner) and chrome is in very good condition. Tank has one small chip in side shown on picture of tank. The seat has what appears to be a squirrel bite out of the side of it. I found one on E-Bay that they have quality Honda logo relacement covers for around $50.00. I have the factory Honda owners manual and title in my name Although a great old bike (37 years old) I must disclose there are no warranties expressed or implied.
